At its heart, the World of Spray Roses is a collective of people brought together by one shared passion: a love for spray roses.
Where It All Began
The concept was originally the brainchild of the Ilsinks from Interplant, a well-known rose breeder with a strong focus on spray roses. They recognised that there were some truly exceptional varieties in the market, yet they weren’t getting the attention they deserved. What started as an idea quickly grew into something much bigger, and the World of Spray Roses became more than just a vision.
A Global Network of Growers and Breeders
Today, the World of Spray Roses is shaped by an exceptional network of farms stretching from South America to Africa, each growing some of the most striking and distinctive spray rose varieties. The spray roses are carefully grown by our member farms, whose expertise and dedication bring them to life in diverse climates and conditions across the world.
Behind every variety lies another layer of craftsmanship, the work of the world’s leading rose breeders, whose innovation and creativity continue to shape the evolving palette of spray roses available today. It is this quiet partnership between breeder and grower that allows such a rich diversity of colour, form, and character to exist.
We proudly represent spray roses from across this global farming community, bringing together a wide and inspiring collection under one shared story. What connects them all is a shared passion for celebrating the beauty, individuality, and versatility of spray roses.
Creativity, Collaboration, and Ambassadors
Behind the scenes, there is a dedicated marketing and development team continuously building fresh ideas and creative concepts to showcase spray roses and inspire the floral industry. Alongside this, we work with a carefully selected group of World of Spray Roses ambassadors, talented designers who bring the story to life through their work, translating inspiration into real designs and everyday floristry. Our ambassadors have also played a role in some truly iconic designs and events, further sharing the beauty and versatility of spray roses with the world.
We are delighted to introduce our newest ambassador, Bart Bresser, who has been an integral part of our event hosted at Belle Époque over the past few years. His most recent design featured over 10,000 roses, including thousands of spray roses, a true celebration of scale, artistry, and craftsmanship.
